Technical requirements:

1. The initial opening temperature is 98 + 2 degrees.

2. Full lift: 8 or 113.

3, resistance value: 15.2 + 1.5 ohm.

4, power: 9.5 + 1W.

5, no load life test: 30 thousand times.

The temperature of initial opening is less than 2.8 and the full lift attenuation is less than 24%.

6, load life test: 15 thousand times.

After the test, the initial opening temperature changes within 2.8 C, the full open lift attenuates within 24%, and the resistance changes within 20%.

7. High temperature test: place the thermostat in the air for 1 hours at 135 degrees centigrade and turn on the temperature.

The attenuation of the lift is less than 12% at the temperature of 2.8 degrees.

8. Low temperature test: place the thermostat in the air at -45 C for 24 hours and turn on the temperature.

The attenuation of the lift is less than 12% at the temperature of 2.8 degrees.

With ptfe seal in-bulit ,the electronic thermostat  can be more stable,and resist to water,and other chemical liquid.
